Welcome!! I am so excited to be able to share with you the new season of Restore23!! You may have noticed my website has been updated, but also know the changes are not just cosmetic. They go much deeper….
For those of you who followed me previously, you may have noticed I went silent for a while. This was not accidental but intentional. God’s intention, not my own. I fought it a little at first, as we all often do with change. Even when we think we are doing what He has called us to do, He sometimes says, “Wait!” “Hold” “Pause”! Come step away and sit with me for a while. Let’s talk. I admit that there was a little kicking and screaming done on my part back then and throughout the time. However, there was also some deep interior work done which would not have been done without the pause. It was hard. It was beautiful. It was frustrating. It was rewarding. Sometimes all on the same day. But He never left me. He never got tired of my questions. He called me to surrender, trust and be patient in ways I never had before. Then, as slowly as He called me to step away, I felt Him slowly calling me back. I heard Him say, it’s time. It’s time to take that next step, in continued trust.
Which brings me to today and the launch of the new season of Restore 23! Catholic health and wellness coaching and spiritual direction for adults. During my season of waiting, I felt a pull on my heart from Him to become a spiritual director. I am happy to announce I have completed my coursework through Divine Mercy University’s Spiritual Direction Certification Program and am accepting new clients in this new role of accompaniment. With the launch of this new season of Restore 23, I am also continuing health and wellness coaching for adults across vocations, single, married, and religious. God has blessed me with so many new collaborations, including Chrism Priest. Totally through a God wink, I met the founder of Chrism Priest, Matthew Rudolph, and his beautiful family at Christmas Eve Mass in Rome, Italy. What started as a quick “Merry Christmas” greeting from my husband to them turned into a much longer, grace-filled conversation. (Until they started to turn the lights out on us in church!)
